Hey guys it's Halle,
for this blog post i'm going to be talking about running/jogging. It's something I actually enjoy quite a bit and have been doing a lot more recently. I think it's always good to be doing some kind of sport as it's good for your health, but I personally do it because I enjoy it. jogging is very good for you but can also be quite addictive, after I go on a run or run more or faster I feel very accomplished and get a high from it, as do many others. You release stress and sometimes (for me) anxiety as well. I encourage anyone who reads this to try and find something they love to do (whether it's active or not) and I have quite a few like drawing, sculpting, singing/playing guitar, dancing, horse back riding, biking, long boarding, swimming and jogging. It's always fun to have interests and things to do beside school or work and I find that it makes me much happier when I do these things.
Anyways those are just some of my current thoughts right now which I felt like sharing as I also just had a cross country race today!! Have a good thanks giving!
